I am trying to debug a problem with authentication for webdav.  For example, 
if you go to https://oxmail.iplink.net/servlet/webdav.ical there is a login 
prompt, but logging in as a valid user fails.  If someone wants to try it, 
you can use:

 user: testuser3 at iplink.net
 pass: s3cr3t

Logging in for email and web access works fine (http://oxmail.iplink.net).

Tomcat is not logging anything to the <oxroot>/var/log/jserv.log, and I 
checked the settings for /usr/share/tomcat5/webapps/servlet/WEB-INF/web.xml 
are correct, and that all the configuration files that they point to are in 
the right place.  It looks like web.xml is being stat'ed when I restart 
tomcat5 on the server.  But it does not seem that the 
<oxroot>/etc/groupware/system.properties file that it points at for 
configuration is not stated on tomcatt5 reload, so I don't know if maybe that 
is related...

Since I have no logs, how do I debug this?  Does anyone have any ideas on what 
I can check?
