[OX User] email footer

I use the non-commercial version.
OX did implement a sig when the user utilized the webmail to compose an email.
A quick reconfig and recompile killed that feature.

I could just as easily create any thing I desire. But it's limited to
the webmail compose function. If the user decided to utilize the SMTP
directly, there wouldn't be a footer.

So, if your users use Outlook, Thunderbird or iMail, this fix would
fail in your desire....

As a commercial user, do you have access to recompile/modify the source code?
