Hello @ all,

our government (Germany) has wasted their time to create a new law on
10.11.2006 that business emails to external addresses have to contain
additional infos about the company (as you can see in my signature). :-/
If we don´t take care it could be very expensive for our company ...

Quick and dirty solution:
ATM everybody in our company has to modify his/her external signature.
Problems:
I cannot check/guarantee if everybody had made the needed modification nor
if there are any wrong entries.

In the near future I can define email footer very easy in my smtp-proxy if
I migrate to the next version (cause OX is "only" mail-server in the
background and not our mail-gateway).
Do we have any more comfortable / easy ways to configure email footer in
(the commercial version of) OX in the meantime? Maybe a config-file or a
hidden place in the webadmin frontend I miss?
