[OX User] Folders

Yep, there were 2 sets of entries for the folder structure in the
database. Deleted 8 entries, and happy days :)

The folder structure was build from the database. I've seen this error
if one applied a new database schema while updating the free version of
Open-Xchange.
Look at the table 'oxfolder_tree' at the database. Look if there are
some tuples that are indentical but with different creating dates.

Look at Setup->Groupware Settings->Show toolbar.
