Hi Ian,

in the commercial version of OX there is a link called "Setup" under the
icon tray on the right hand side (webmail frontend).

On activation there are 7 tabs.
The second tab should called "Groupware options" or something else.
The first option should called "Frame with calendar" or something else and
you have the choice to position it on your right or left hand side.
(Our webmail frontend is set up in german - so sorry for a not exact
translation ...) ;-)

The problem of duplicated folder I don´t have any ideas atm.
