[OX User] Connecting to Internal Users Address Book

Is there an OX user's manual anywhere (or pieces of one) that includes
such essential details as the LDAP login/search keys? Not the OXWiki,
which has some good info, but something organized for an actual user to
use? Or at least something closer than the Wiki to such a guide that
needs editing/compiling?
