Manged to work it out myself:

Search base is: ou=Users,ou=OxObjects,dc=server,dc=name,dc=com
Login (dist dn): uid=user,ou=Users,ou=OxObjects,dc=server,dc=name,dc=com

Hopefully it helps someone else...
