Is there any thought been give to adding the option of a start *time*
and end *time* (not just date) to tasks?

At present a lot of our staff are using their calendars to enter tasks
like "complete report by midday" because Tasks in OX do not allow you to
set end or completion times and you can't have reminders set to anything
less than a day.
