[OX User] Nothing being served by httpd.

Well I'll be damned. I read almost everything I could get my hands on and
wouldn't you know it, it's RIGHT THERE IN THE INSTALL FILE.
I am a tad bit embarrassed. Thank you for pointing this out for me. :)

I have been testing OX on a Centos 4.3 box using
servername/cgi-bin/login.pl to get to the login screen. have you tried
that?
