Thanks for the reply Marcus.

I understand the theory and it sounds good but how does it work in
practice? When I log into OX with the mailadmin account I cannot access
the Projects and Documents modules so I'm unable to view or edit the
objects.

Should mailadmin have access to all the modules? Is there something
wrong with my set-up?
