damn, why didn't I take a look into the ox forum 
much earlier? somebody else had the same problem
and it's nor really an ox problem. The real cause
is a newer 7.4 postgres db. Had to set its timezone
to "GMT" and everything works fine for me.

The guy in the forum had to set it to "GMT-1" cause
they had an 2 hour differenc.
