Torbjørn, happy to have helped you. So yes, it is possible to "remap" 
the personal calendar or any other personal folder, this time in the the 
OX_DB you've got to modify the value of the "fuid" field in the record 
corresponding to the user you want to modify AND to the module 
(calendar) , in the table named "oxfolder_tree".

That's said, I'm not sure it is such a good way to remap the personal 
Calendar, as this may be confusing for your users, deleting personal 
calendar folder may should be a better way.
