After creating a new user and logging into the OX webmail, the folders
Sent, Trash and Drafts seem to be missing... However if I first log on
to squirrel webmail, this seems to initialize these mail boxes and they
seem to work as normal afterwards in OX.

How can I initialize the mailboxes directly from the OX logon?
