Yes, but the only way I know of is to change it in the database

The Table name is oxfolder_standardfolders
Field is module_calendar

The value for the field comes from the oxfolder_tree table, and the field is
fuid


I do this manually to have a sort of "shared" calendar that is everyone's
default, probably much the same as you are planning
