Is not about being adventurous :) is about not having too much time to 
play these days...

I would assume that a default language change would also change the 
default names of folders and rules and shares and pretty much every 
instance of what has been changed so that no glitches appear... If this 
is not so, then prolly is food for bugzilla. In my instance, doing the 
test would require more time than just delete that new user and recreate 
it :) time that unfortunately I don't have at this moment... But I'll 
try to make a note of this in bugzilla...
