Both the guys involved in the last beta testing especially & us using stable products have had & have reported to OX, bad experences with this.
In my case for example I sync between OX, Outlook and my Ericsson P910 using tried & tested Ericsson software between phone & Outlook. I have had on a couple of occasions my contacts (400+) & calender  duplicated & in some cases with reoccuring appointments 4,5+...
I was forced to disconnect from the net, make A clean copy of Outlook, back it up, erase both All contacts & appointments in Outlook & phone, sync to remove OX... then restore Outlook, sync to phone then reconnect to the net and sync OX. No offense meant to the guys here but I get nervious every sync. Reoccurring appointments seem to breed like rabbits on viagra!..so backups (& restores) or forced sync,s are more common than one would like. Sorry!...
