Oh, I'll answer part of it myself; I found it in the TopManagement 
class, and it seems to be hard coded. My only question then is whether 
there is some "right" way of getting this custom heading this, or if I 
simply have to create my own replacement for topArea.htm and link to 
that from the menu bar?
