With the existing interfaces and config option it is possible to integrate Skype (or NetMeeting and maybe some other tools 
by just edit one config file.
Open $sysconfdir/etc/groupware/intranet.conf and add the following lines:
phoneURL=<a href="callto:$phone">$phone</a> faxURL=$fax smsURL=$sms faxEnabled=link
Save and restart the Open-Xchange Server. Now you are able to call people (with normal phone numbers search the Net how this can be done) by just clicking the phone number.
